Pricing questions, answered
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The 14-day free trial does not ask for a card. You add billing details only when you decide to keep going.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move up or down between Starter, Growth and Scale at any time from your billing settings. Changes are prorated to the day.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
Nothing breaks. Usage beyond your plan is billed pay-as-you-go — $1.50 per extra job, $3 per extra property, $0.30 per extra receipt and $10 per extra 10 GB — capped at $200 a month so a busy month never runs away from you.
Is voice AI included?
No — voice AI is a separate add-on, not bundled into the base plans. Base tiers ($149–$899/mo) cover the job, quote, invoice, automation and tax workflow. Add AI call handling with the Voice Add-on from $350/mo (500 minutes) up to $800/mo (2,500 minutes).
How does annual billing work?
Pay for the year up front and take 20% off, settled on a single invoice. Starter is $1,430, Growth is $3,350 and Scale is $5,750 per year.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or large teams?
Large multi-branch operations are handled on the Enterprise plan with custom terms — book a call. We review not-for-profit requests case by case; reach out and tell us about your operation.
What about the Maintn Voice Add-on?
It sits on top of any base plan and is how you switch on AI call answering. Tiers run $350/mo for 500 minutes, $575/mo for 1,500 and $800/mo for 2,500, so call volume stays predictable. Prefer us to set it up for you? The one-off "Customise for Me" service handles configuration, separate from the monthly add-on.
Is my data secure?
Your data is hosted in an Australian region with row-level isolation between businesses. We publish our subprocessors and privacy practices, and you can export or delete your data at any time.
What integrations are available?
Voice, SMS, email and web are live today. Native property-management integrations land in Phase 2 and are included on Growth and above; the standalone Native PM integration add-on is $199 a month where deeper sync is needed.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing settings whenever you like — no lock-in contract, no exit fee. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
