The story
Atlas Rain Property Services is a Brisbane property maintenance operator working across residential and agency-managed properties. Before Maintn, the business ran on ServiceM8 for jobs, Make for the automations holding it together, a separate AI phone service, Dext for receipts and a stack of spreadsheets for everything those tools could not see. Maintn collapsed that stack into one platform: voice answering in the operator's own voice, job and quote workflow built around agency relationships, and the admin running itself in the background. The migration took two weeks of evenings, and Atlas Rain has run on Maintn as its launch customer.
